I want to thank those that have helped OG grow so quickly. I absolutely love the feedback I’m getting from customers: “Your elderberry syrup tastes so much better than others I’ve tried in Brevard!” And “I didn’t think it could taste good, I’ve always had bitter elderberry syrup.”

SURPRISE ! Not all elderberry syrups are created equal. Elderberry has an unsweet mild flavor; however, when paired with honey or a sweetener, the elderberry flavor shines.

We now use A&D Hives wildflower honey for our elderberry syrup original blend. They are located in Palm Bay, Florida just about 4-5 miles from me, so I’m diggin the local-vibe and local raw honey is super beneficial. It contains pre-biotics among other beneficial properties. It’s sure to add to our elderberry goodness and it tastes good.

So now tell me why shouldn’t elderberry syrup taste good. Did you know elderberry can be enjoyed in various food ways? People have used it in cakes and frosting, Oh! And even vinegars for salad dressings. It’s supposed to be enjoyed.

What I’m saying is… Elderberry syrup doesn’t have to taste bitter or gross. At OG, our syrups are pleasantly sweet and smooth. Kid-Dad-&-Mom approved.
