Shipping Information

Because OG products are delicate and precious cargo, we must ship USPS priority mail 2-3 day. OG products that require refrigeration are shipped insulated. Generally it takes 24-48 hour processing time for your order. However, some products are made with seasonal ingredients that are not always available for quick shipping. Generally if your order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be shipped out on Monday to preserve the integrity of the refrigerated items. We want you to have the freshest batch of our products. Once you receive your refrigerated , please refrigerate to extend the shelf life.
